Nada offers restorative /deep tissue aromatherapy massage treatments. Integrative bodywork combines different modalities and styles of massage to deliver personalized, results-oriented treatment. Holistic Massage is treating the individual and addressing the root cause and interconnectedness behind symptoms and imbalances. These treatments focus on creating balance in the body, correcting distortion + compensation, and addressing the physical manifestation of mental and emotional factors. I use high-quality therapeutic grade essential oils in my treatments which offer benefits physically, emotionally and mentally. I also integrate Chinese medicine liniments/tape, herbal pain salve, magnesium gel, and other pain relief products to give each client a customized treatment tailored around their needs and goals and using products that will maximize their results.
